Touched by creativity, Cedella’s Catch A Fire clothing collection, which debuted to rave reviews in 2001, presented tailored, bohemian-chic jackets, jeans, accessories and an assortment of tees for women. Catch A Fire was featured in numerous top fashion publications including Vogue and Women’s Wear Daily and was carried in major department stores including Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue. Today, she works on a number of design projects.

In 2012, Cedella Marley Design launched High Tide, the first swimwear collection.
Cedella Marley Design in partnership with PUMA, designed the 2012 Olympic kit for the Jamaican track and field team. The designs were worn by the entire team, including the Jamaican Olympic gold medallist, Usain 'Lightning' Bolt.
Cedella continued to show her love and support for Jamaican football by designing the official Reggae Boyz jersey in partnership with Romai.
